Yoga is a an inclusive practice, but also very personal. We want to be respectful to each other as we gain the most out of our individual practice.
Prior to entering the studio, we remove our shoes to keep the space clean. We greet one another upon arrival and are welcome to visit at a low volume. Once class starts, students are asked to keep the talking to a minimum so that everyone can focus on their practice.
At the close of each practice you are welcome to visit with your fellow classmates as you exit the studio.
