Kids Yoga
Breathe. Move. Grow.
Ages 3-5
A joyful introduction to yoga through playful movement and simple mindfulness practices designed especially for ages 3–5. These 45-minute classes support coordination, focus, emotional awareness, and confidence in a calm, nurturing, small-group setting.
Ages 6-11
This 60-minute kids yoga class builds strength, balance, focus, and confidence through yoga poses, games, partner activities, and simple breath work in a supportive small-group setting — while having fun along the way.
Ages 12-15
Modeled on our adult group classes, this 60-minute teen yoga session offers small, beginner-friendly groups that focus on mindful movement, building strength and flexibility, breath work, and relaxation to reduce stress and cultivate body awareness.
Kids Yoga – Now Enrolling for January 2026
We are excited to welcome students to our Kids Yoga program, running January 6 – May 26, 2026!
Classes are offered once per week by age group:
Ages 3–5: Tuesdays, 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM [45 minutes / $65 per month]
Ages 6–11: Tuesdays, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM [60 minutes / $72 per month]
Ages 12–15: Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM [60 minutes / $72 per month]
